Any realtor can get a listing, put it in the MLS, put a sign on it and pray it sells. It’s about pricing and marketing your home so it reaches the right audience of qualified buyers. I’ve sold homes in the worst economy by thinking outside the box.
I want to negotiate and get you the best price and terms.
Once you have a buyer, I want to make sure all the steps from the offer to the closing are effortless for both you and your family (inspections, title, escrow).
