I would recommend Cindy Russo to anyone who is looking to buy a home with a knowledgeable, responsive and professional agent.
From the very beginning, Cindy went through the entire process with me and so I had no surprises of what to expect. She did the research on homes before we would go out and see them and so that my time was not wasted. She was knowledgeable about the area I was looking in, and the entire real estate market. She also considered the small things which goes a long way for a buyer, i.e. she would give me a list of the homes we were going to view, so that I had a place to make notes and also had bottled water, ice tea and refreshments in her car in a cooler, during the home searching process. This may be small to others, but as a customer they go a long way and it sets her apart from the other agents, as to her thoughtfulness and ability to care to the details.
In the end, she helped me find my dream home. Cindy stays connected to the real estate marketplace which is evident as to the people she referred me to, i.e. lender, inspector and termite people she referred were also great to work with, than people I found on my own.
